Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager

- Degree holder in Finance discipline or equivalent - Member of any recognized professional accountancy body
- Over 10 years solid experience at management capacity. Prior experience in the industry especially start-up experience is definite an advantage
- Self-starter with strategic mindset and good analytical skills to drive performance are essential
- Cultural diversity and prior experience working in Cambodia or South Asia countries preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proactive and take initiative, energetic, open minded and result driven with continuous improvement spirit
- Fluent in both written and verbal English. Knowledge in verbal Cantonese or Mandarin is an added advantage
- Station in Cambodia

Job Duties:
- Actively participate in establishing the new operations in Cambodia
- Responsible for the finance and administration functions
- Setting up the financial and management reporting system, tax planning risk management and internal control functions of the entire operations
- Being a key member of the top management team, the candidate should assist the head of the company to formulate the business strategies and plans, performance tracking system for bottom line performance and
organizational and people plans
