Job Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering

  • Provide strategic people advisory to business leaders to drive business objectives
  • Responsible for effective execution of people strategies
  • Working closely with “Center of Excellence – COE" to handle full spectrum of HR matters including but not limited to talent acquisition, internal mobility, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement and performance management…etc

Strategic HR Projects

  • Participate in organization development, business transformation program to maximize business performance, productivity and employees’ morale
  • Provide HR advisory for company-wide including but not limited to merger and acquisition, integration, organization design and other HR related assignments
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects by working with other HR team members

Job Requirements:

  • University degree with minimum 10 years of relevant Human Resources experience preferably gained in financial industry
  • Multi-tasked, resourceful and strong prioritization skill
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at senior level
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, able to work independently
  • Good command of spoken and written English
