Spearhead the SME business organization structure, SME credit processing, approving and credit control structure
Plan, coordinate and implement SME business credit scoring and system for acceptance into IRBA
Enhance the current eCredit Alert into Early Warning Scorecard
Supervise branch credit officers in the monitoring of credit quality of the branch loan portfolio
Advice Business units and branches in structuring of credit and coach Business Units / branches business staff on credit evaluation
Approve as co-grantor on credits and daily irregularities which exceed branch managers’ authorities• Ensure Business Units / Branches the adherence of policy, practice and procedures including regulatory compliance, credit bureau (TU, CCRA) requirements
University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
10 years of solid credit and marketing experiences in commercial and retail lending business of the banking field
Experience with programme lending of both commercial and retail business would be an advantage
Strong analytical skills with sound credit judgement
Good people management and project management skills
