Senior Manager, Brand & Product Development - Luxury

  • Oversee brand portfolio
  • Develop and implement business plan & marketing programmes for high profile brands
  • Analyse product portfolio and drive product and range development
  • Identify and recommend key strategies to achieve brand and customer goals
  • Effectively manage relationships with licensors/ licensee
  • Lead license agreements and other negotiations
  • Identify win-win strategies to enhance brand equity while increasing customer value proposition
  • Lead and analyze market research to identify and add new brands to our porfolio
  • Liase with internal product multifunctional teams for product development


  • Degree holder, preferably Business or Marketing or Design related
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in product or brand management
  • Confident and outgoing personality with the ability to win over brand partners and build effective relationships
  • Excellent presentation and commercial skills
  • Ability to co-ordinate cross functional teams and manage expectations
  • Problem-solving, planning and project management skills, well organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and additional languages like French or Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is an advantage
  • Overseas working / studying experience as well as experience in cosmetics and / or luxury goods sector is preferred
