Our client is a listed, blue-chip conglomerate operating primarily in Asia while extending its investments worldwide. Their business portfolio includes property, infrastructure and services, retail, hospitality, tourism, art & culture and more. The Senior Manager, Branding and Comms is responsible for driving corporate branding strategy that enhances and improves existing brand platform, ensuring consistent messaging through all communication channels, and effectively telling the group's unique story to all stakeholders. In implementation, that includes thematic campaigns, year-round mega-events, digital communications and PR.


  • Develop a clearly articulated value proposition that resonates with key stakeholders and execute across all vehicles to deliver impactful communications; Lead the strategic planning, development and execution of a robust corporate marketing, public relations and communications strategy
  • Participate in the creative and brand planning process; help shape and lend expertise in the development of the value proposition, positioning, promise, personality, messaging, and brand strategy to provide clear guidance for all creative campaigns and other initiatives
  • Develop and execute fully integrated, end-to-end brand campaigns that may include print advertising, direct mail, social media, online, and PR components; work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance existing content and communications, and recommend the introduction of new tools and initiatives
  • Direct and provide final approval to creative direction, art, copy, media plans and printing; Ensure consistent messages/images on all communication and marketing pieces internally and externally
  • Manage brand budget and creative development components
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop and execute targeted brand marketing communications initiatives
  • Manage relationships with external advertising, media and creative agencies; Partner with external resources/agencies to align projects and resources to overall brand strategy
  • Lead the 360 degree branding efforts for internal and external stakeholders
  • Work seamlessly with senior management across departments and project teams


  • Bachelor's Degree is a must
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in development and implementation of corporate brand strategy
  • Strong project and agency management skills
  • Good command of English and Cantonese is a must
