Senior Manager, Business Analytics & Process Improvement

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, guide and daily supervise a high-performance and versatile team to deliver professional work.
  • Plan and effectively manage the resources of the work group, assign and prioritize projects to appropriate work group members.
  • Manage stakeholders, IT counterparts, vendors / consultants.
  • Support and provide advice in feasibility study / solution sourcing, and manage large or complex projects.
  • Advise and review user requirements and play a solution architect's role.
  • Keep abreast of relevant latest regulatory requirements, industry initiatives, requirements and protocols, and relevant technology and solutions in best effort.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Requirements:

  • A degree holder with at least 10 years' relevant experience in banking industry / consulting firms, including 3 years at supervisory level
  • Strong project management, people management, influencing and analytical skills
  • Sound knowledge in system development life cycle
  • Good knowledge in banking products and services
  • Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
