Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to Head of Campus Management to lead the Campus management team to provide professional real estate management services to Cyberport, its tenants, stakeholders and visitors
  • Manage relationships with businesses, partners and companies based at Cyberport to maximise the value delivered to Cyberport
  • Drive portfolio or campus management activities including but not limited to hard services and project management and any other duty as assigned by superiors to maximise satisfaction and loyalty for companies based at Cyberport
  • Assist the Head of Campus Management to work with the Hotel Operator to ensure her working efficiency and cost effectiveness of its operation including facilities management and ensure that their performance and deliverables will meet contractual and budgetary obligations, including cost control and revenue generation, as well as the expectations of Cyberport
  • Prepare Board and Excom papers for the Management Team and provides recommendations
  • Supports project for digitizing the Cyberport campus and make Cyberport a smart community for our stakeholders
  • Any other duty as assigned by superiors


  • Degree with at least 10 years of experience in real estate management, facilities management, engineering, architecture, building survey, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience on behalf of a developer, owner or service provider
  • Solid international-standard experience in campus or portfolio management of Grade A commercial property, with international experience a plus
  • Strategic as well as operational approach
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, adaptability, highly independent and motivated
  • The candidate should proactively review operation processes and with a continuous improvement mindset.   (S)he should also proactively adopt appropriate technologies to facilitate the operation improvement to uplift the service quality on campus skills
  • Good business acumen and entrepreneurial skill with extensive industry knowledge and contacts
  • Able to work under pressure and heavy workload in a sophisticated environment and deadline driven environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, including writing business reports and presenting papers/ proposals
  • Chinese and other languages a plus

The position is on a renewable 2-year fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs).
