A rapidly expanding Bank and Financial Services Group with a diverse and comprehensive investment portfolio, our client is now actively seeking an experienced C&B Human Resources professional to manage their HR C&B specialist team to meet local and Regional growing business needs.
Our client is a highly reputable and rapidly expanding Bank and Financial Services Group based here in Hong Kong, with a very dynamic business portfolio expanding across Asia Pacific.
Support the CHRO in the full-spectrum of C&B duties to meet business strategy and culture
Lead and develop the C&B specialist team to monitor and coordinate all C&B related duties to ensure one stop HR service delivery to the business
Help to set-up and improve the C&B structure and polices including Annual Salary Review, Bench-marking exercises, Performance Management, Job grading to Benefits review etc.
Develop, execute and review C&B policies and procedures for assigned departments and be responsible for implementing, monitoring and following up for C&B related cases
Align and integrate the compensation system with local taxation, MPF, leave, medical administration etc.
Set the objectives and provide clear guidelines to the team in managing the daily service in all C&B areas and drive continuous improvements to the function
Assist in adhoc HR projects and HRIS system related integration and projects
Lead, manage and develop C&B junior team members
Graduate in Human Resources, Finance or relevant degree
At least 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience primarily in the area of compensation (solid understanding of commission structure, payroll, taxation, benefits bench-marking, etc)
Leadership experience working within the Financial/Professional service sector
Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulation and relevant regulations
Experience using HRIS systems, high proficiency in MS Office with analytical mindset
Proven leadership ability to mentor and develop junior team members
Strong time management ability and forward thinking with strong analytical and presentation ability
