Senior Manager, Credit Administration

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law or related
  • At least 8 years of related working experience in credit
administration, with sound knowledge in handling credit documentation
for bilateral / syndication loans and trade finance products
  • Good understanding of Hong Kong company law, related legal and
regulatory requirements
  • Able to work on multi-tasks independently in a rapidly changing
  • Strong communication, inter-personal and supervisory skills
pro-active and a good team player
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
  • Prior experience in handling PRC cross-border financing and knowledge
on related PRC law, rules and regulations would be an advantage
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Vice

Job Duties:
  • Handle standard and non-standard credit documentation for corporate
and private banking customers independently
  • Ensure compliance of conditions precedent prior to activation of
credit limits
  • Maintenance of credit limits and collateral records in relevant
  • Assist team head to supervise and coach junior officers in the daily
operations of the team
  • Follow up on deficient documents with various business units
  • Arrange safe custody of credit files and original signed credit
  • Assist in the review of workflows, policies and procedure guidelines
related to credit administration processes
  • Participate in product development and system enhancement projects
when required
