Act as leader of the Human Resources and Administration Department and help the company reach its strategic goals and objectives by providing professional HR solutions and administrative support for senior executives.
Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the process of HR strategic planning, recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations and other HR related duties.
Responsible for providing quality administrative service to the company, including but not limited to information and technology management, fixed assets management, file management, company insurance management etc.
Deliver reception services to business partners and clients (including but not limited to itinerary arrangement, drivers and vehicles management, and etc.)
Implement tasks in an orderly manner by maintaining good relations with Group headquarter, business units and other stakeholders.
Formulate and update HR and administrative policies. Keep abreast of the market trends and ensure the company’s policies and practices are aligned with corporate guidelines and local legislation.
Formulate HR and administrative annual budget plan and keep track of usage.
Performing ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources or other Business Administration related disciplines.
8-10 years solid experience as an HRBP or Generalist. Experience in state-owned enterprises of China or Chinese enterprises is highly recommended.
Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations.
Self-motivated. A good team player with excellent administrative coordination, communication and interpersonal skills. Mature, detailed-oriented, strong time-management and organizational skills.
Able to deliver excellent services to business partners and clients.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Able to speak fluent Mandarin. Good Chinese writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Immediate availability is preferred.
