To support development, maintenance and drive digital learning strategy in the Company, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives and acting as an e-learning/digital ambassador and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to effectively communicate e-learning strategies for more successful integration/implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a Learning Management System (LMS) digital strategy for the organization and delivery of content and play ambassador role to push interest/awareness of Digital learning at Prudential HK.
  • Support LMS as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and partner with all stakeholders (e.g. Management, trainers, vendors etc.) to define technical & business requirements, scoping and planning implementation approaches. Perform any User Acceptance testing as required.
  • Analyze & recommend digital solutions to utilize LMS to deliver, track & measure training to meet organizational objectives.
  • Help, create, manage and enforce LMS standards, documentation, policies and best practices
  • Maintain LMS, including uploading & organizing new content to meet established criteria and work with vendor to resolve any technical issues
  • Stay abreast on latest learning technologies development & LMS trends and assess ability to bring them into Prudential’s learning environment

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree plus working knowledge of theories and principles of learning management/learning content management systems desired
  • Minium 4 years experience formulating learning technology strategies, learning systems administration, enhancement implementation, technical troubleshooting and systems migration preferred
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated capacity to learn new technologies, problem solve, embrace change
  • Works well independently and in team setting
  • Proficiency in building & maintaining good working relationships with SMEs and key stakeholders
  • Good knowledge & experience working with third part LMS vendors
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint)
