Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

This job holder will be leading the digital marketing team to drive all aspects of digital marketing activities for maximising the brand presence and supporting business by acquisition.

Major job responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate digital marketing and acquisition strategies and go-to-market plans to optimise AXA's brand and drive business for the company.
  • Lead the team to drive integrated campaigns on both production and media planning to support new product launches. Plan and build comprehensive digital ecosystem to ensure end-to-end customer journey from awareness to conversions.
  • Formulate social media and content strategy based on the product roadmap of different line-of-business for driving customer engagement and capturing business by delivering the right offers and communications to prospects at the right time through humanised content and customer interactions.
  • Work closely with ecommerce team, data analytic team, lead management team, etc to continuously drive online direct sales on website, enhance lead capture though digital channels and improve lead nurturing process
  • Work with media agency to handle always-on digital performance campaigns and build strong relationships with key media partners. Be responsible for targets and budgets, focusing on improving key metrics such as cost per metrics and ROI.
  • Drive and succeed in marketing planning, execution and evaluation with external vendors such as agencies, production houses, etc.
  • Plan and implement digital partnerships and affiliate strategies to accelerate customer acquisition and drive sales. and digital partners such as aggregators to improve efficiency and acquire new customers.
  • Develop strong internal relationships across multiple business functions: Product, Agency, Project Management, Legal and Compliance, IT, Customer Service, Finance and other functional teams as well as headquarter and regional offices to ensure seamless collaborations
  • Apply critical thinking skills to identify and mitigate potential issues to avoid negative impacts to our customers, internal clients and Brand.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, eCommerce, business, and/or related discipline
  • 10+ years experience of digital marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce, with background of insurance, finance or health care industry is a plus
  • Hands-on experience in digital activations including but not limited to, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, social media management, content marketing, digital advertising campaigns, and supporting the business strategy.
  • Able to define market segmentation and translate business goals into integrated marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and demonstrate team leadership skills. Can work independently and coach the team to identify and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Proactive personality, data-driven, and start-up mindset with strong business sense
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Attention to details, able to work in multi projects in parallel with good time management skills
  • Highly adaptive, comfortable with frequent changes in a fast-paced environment
