One of leading MNC/ listed company, they are looking for : Senior Manager / Director - Administration, operation and Facilities

Less exp will be considered as Manager, Facilities & Administration

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of facilties & administration staffs
  • Portfolio facilities management to deliver services which support the business strategic objectives.
  • Procurement management of all general office administration services.
  • Contract/Vendor Management
  • Warehouse and Logistic Distribution Management
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of general office administration guidelines.
  • Allocate resources to ensure that necessary systems and facilities are in place in compliance with all administration-related ordinances.

Requirements

  • University qualification in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Building Service, general administration management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of working experience in the administration field gained in Listed company or multinational companies of which at least 5 years in managerial position.
  • With solid experience in managing building services system, office renovation project and facility management.
  • Solid experience in logistic /warehouse management and handling large renovation project.
  • Regional experience is an advantage on managing all lease acquisitions/renewals.
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
