As a leading resourcing partner in the Asia region, Novus Precision Partners are proud to be working with a Hong Kong based international manufacturer. We are looking for 2 Senior Managers Ecommerce. One will be looking after Ecommerce in Asia – this role will be based in Hong Kong. The second role will be looking after China – this role will be based in Shenzhen. Both roles are new and are exciting opportunities to plan, develop and execute the eCommerce strategy for the business which will include planning, organizing, implementing and tracking of eCommerce activities.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the Head of eCommerce, Asia to run an effective and growing eCommerce model in their respective region
  • Help to plan, develop and execute the eCommerce strategy for the business which includes planning, organizing, implementing and tracking of eCommerce activities
  • Initiate and lead project management of market launches with their respective markets and/or external distributors, functionality enhancements, content development, etc. to drive consistent adoption across multiple countries and accountable for the result
  • Manage various operational models (agency/ distributor) that are relevant and appropriate to respective platforms
  • Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, offer promotion, pricing, and online initiatives
  • Ecommerce events: planning, trade activation preparation and deployment with customers
  • Forecast and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales
  • Managing the budget and P&L for eCommerce
  • Provide tracking, analysis and insight to current & future eCommerce programs and improve efficiency.
  • Provide actionable suggestions via a “pilot"/ start-up approach to quickly grow eCommerce with measurable results for Asia
  • Develop A/B testing strategies and optimize e-commerce platforms to improve conversion
  • Ensure flawless operations with customer service and logistics for delivering outstanding consumer experience

Requirements :

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, eCommerce, Marketing or related disciplines
  • 5 years in eCommerce & digital marketing (SEO, PPC, managing Affiliates, online advertising)
  • Strong multi-channel marketing skills - performance marketing, CRM, social media
  • Fluent in eCommerce metrics and tools, e.g. Shopify, Salesforce, Analytics
  • Highly numerate and analytical, comfortable working with data
  • Strong business sense with solid project management & leadership skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work fast-paced working environment
  • You should be a passionate and sales-driven individual with objective of further assisting the brand to grow the online platform and boost the sales
  • Subject matter expert with platforms such as Tmall, Pinduoduo, JD.com, Kaola, Taobao
  • Worked with platforms across Asia, Lazada, Amazon, Rakuten, Yahoo is a plus
  • Good command in English and Chinese.
