Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the merchant service delivery team to provide technical account management services to both internal and external customers
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teammates in providing technical suggestions and recommendations during the pre-sales and post-sales meetings with both existing and potential merchants
  • Coordinate with different departments to support merchant needs and requests such as operational and system integration needs
  • Monitor merchants’ operation performance using the systems and provide enhancement proposal to improve system efficiency and productivity
  • Provide technical advice, assessment and support on new product/system design and development
  • Manage and control the performance of outsourcing vendors/suppliers to ensure they meet our service level standards and the customer requests, especially on performance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Drive for continuous improvement on operations workflow to achieve higher productivity and efficiency; further improve various control measures to shorten the turnaround time & minimize costs
  • Handle merchant complaints and liaise internally to resolve the merchant complaints within the service level
  • Handle ad-hoc project as assigned by supervisors


  • Bachelor degree holders in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 15 years of work experience in Information Technology/Merchant Service Support/Software Development; in which at least 8 years in managerial level from sizable companies (previous work experience in financial institution is a plus)
  • Solid experience in merchant services, account support service, project management and quality assurance process
  • Track record in successful partner relationship management and vendor management; relevant retail operation experience is an advantage
  • Familiar with the operations of implementing, integrating & maintaining POS system
  • Good understanding on smart card/QR code or credit card payment solutions
  • Strong planning and organizing, influencing, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasking and able to produce high quality deliverables under tight deadlines and budgets
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered as Manager position
