Responsibilities:

 

  • Report directly to Head of Accounts and Finance Division.
  • Perform financial planning and analysis and deliver meaningful information/financial metrics for board and management reporting.
  • Prepare and review financial report and management report to Head Office.
  • Develop the internal control processes of Finance Department.
  • Fund management of affiliated companies.
  • Well coordination with banks and other financial institution in handling loan, guarantees and other related matters.
  • Monitoring the cash flow statement and arrangement of fund planning and management of the Company.
  • Monitoring affiliated companies’ financial reporting.
  • Supervise the finance team.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in accounting / finance with CPA qualification.
  • Over 8 years relevant experience, preferable in banking / financial services industry, of which at least 5 years managerial experience.
  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
  • Sound knowledge in SFO particular in regulatory reporting is preferred.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in accounting standards, financial analysis, regulatory and statutory reporting/compliance requirements.
  • Adeptness in usage of Excel (strong knowledge of formulas, pivots table).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work productively with multiple parties at all different levels.
  • Sound analytical and organizational skills are highly valuable.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Fluent Japanese will be an advantage.
  • Understanding of Japanese company’s culture is a plus.
  • Immediately available is highly preferable.
