•Handling incoming calls with skill in managing the Cisco phone system
•Providing quality service to manage reception area and greet guests
•Arranging out-going mails and courier services
•Ad hoc tasks as required
•Form 5 or above, with 1 to 2 years working experience in insurance industry/knowledge in Insurance preferred
•Hardworking, responsible and organized
•Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
•Good command of computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese Typing
•Immediate available preferred
