Senior Manager, FP& A (HK Market)

  • Minimum 10 years experience in financial or management reporting
gained from MNC or large complex environment, with min 4 years of team
management experience
  • University degree in Finance & Accounting, or with CPA, CFA, MBA
accreditation, Big-4 experience would be an advantage
  • Solid hands on financial analysis/modeling experience, experience in
ERP system and analyzing large databases
  • Strong inter-personal skill with a flexible and proactive personality
  • Comfortable to work with people from different background (Operations
Marketing, Sales, and top management)
  • Analytical, detail minded, and entrepreneurial mindset is preferred
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Candidates with less experience would be considers as Manager

Job Duties:
  • Build and modify Financial Planning & Analysis function including
reporting and team structure with the objective to strengthen and
standardize the budget, profit margin and reporting function
  • Create analytical and financial modeling to develop analysis for
complex financial or business issues tailored to the new business
model to support management decision making and performance
monitoring
  • Key business partner to the corporate function to provide insightful
financial consulting and business advisory to support management
decision making
  • Proactively manage relationship with and expectation of key
stakeholders, i.e. sales and marketing teams across business units in
relation to financial and management reporting areas
  • Work closely with BUs to identify and analyze key drivers for
financial performance
  • Establish governance and analysis over capital investment, budget
control and commission scheme
  • Assist in development of annual budget. Perform budget, forecast and
trend analysis and recommend relevant actions and initiatives
  • Proactively suggest and implement measures to streamline existing
budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes and increase working
efficiency, determine root causes of inefficiencies and implement
corrective actions
