(Senior) Manager, HR - Talent Management

  • Formulate the Training and Development strategies in order to grow and develop talents to support the organisation's strategic directions
  • Identify and prioritise training needs of the organisation; develop the framework and roadmap of training curriculum for different levels of staff
  • Identify and develop long-term partnership with external training consultants to design and roll out core training programmes; track the effectiveness and implement enhancements of the training programmes as and when appropriate
  • Initiate and manage the execution of talent development programmes including Executive Trainee Programme, Succession Planning and Talent Development Programmes
  • Lead and implement different HR initiatives in the areas of formulating corporate culture, employee communications and engagement


  • Master's degree in business administration / Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 12 years' working experience in the human resources area, of which at least 3 years in managerial position
  • Strong HR experience in translating business needs into talent development initiatives
  • Solid exposure in designing training curriculum and implementing talent development programmes; understand the latest trend and methodologies in talent development area
  • Strong planning and project management skills, attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build up effective working relationships with all levels
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
