About the Company:
My client is a Financial Institution with a strong presence over the globe.

They are currently looking for a Senior Manager to look after HK office of 150 pax, they are looking for candidates who are passionate in the field, independent with great stakeholder management and communication skills to join their team of 5 and will supervise 3 staff.

Job Description:
  • Work closely with Management to understand their needs and provide HR advice for them, including but not limited to HR strategies, manpower/hiring plans, retention / expansion matters etc.
  • Facilitate and handle annual performance management review and other related projects 
  • Look after the recruitment cycle for senior roles and oversees the recruitment operations and ensure it is running smoothly
  • Act as the bridge between the company and staff to deliver the messages from top management including company memos, company intranet etc.
  • Act as a committee of Employee Relation, work closely with other parties to ensure their staff wellbeing plans can run smoothly
  • Act as a mentor / coach to the subordinates below and provide advice to them when necessary
  • Set up the long term planning based for staff wellbeing based on the company board direction and to enhance the employees’ engagement level to the company
  • Assist in any ad hoc tasks if necessary

Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • At least 8-10 years of HR experience with a minimum of 5 years BP experience within financial institutions 
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Preferred candidates who have good stakeholder management and independent
  • Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as well
  • Immediately available will be a great advantage
