Our client is a well-established company in financial services. They are seeking for a Senior HR Manager.

  • Lead C&B function
  • Project implementation
  • Expert in employment legislation and regulatory requirement


  • As a team head to oversee compensation & benefits including salary, bonus, incentive, medical scheme, etc.)
  • Regularly review policies to ensure they meet compliance requirement.
  • Prepare reports relating to taxation, medical plan, salary review etc.
  • Work with IT team and vendor for system enhancement.
  • Perform market research to ensure C&B programs align with company strategy.
  • Work closely with business leaders to provide C&B related strategies to best fit the development of the organization.


  • Degree holder in Human Resources.
  • At least 12 years working experience in HR with 5 years in managerial level in C&B area.
  • Solid knowledge in HK and Mainland China labour law, taxation, and regulatory requirement.
  • Experience in bonus and incentive scheme design. Preferably with exposure in banking industry but not a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Good command in Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
  • Proficient in MS office and HRIS.
