Senior Manager - Human Resources (Recruitment - Regional) [MNC]

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Manage a recruitment team and set KPIs to ensure team performance is in line with the company’s resources plans
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and contract preparation
  • Act as a business partner to hiring functions in resources planning, recruitment and people related issues
  • Establish and manage relationship with external search firms, advertising agencies and universities to achieve best deals, company brand promotion, effective talent acquisition strategies and campus hiring
  • Give advice to hiring managers regarding employment practices and related matters
  • Perform data analysis and prepare management reports
  • Participate in overseas talent acquisition assignments

Qualification & Experience

  • University degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in talent acquisition and preferably over 3 years’ experience leading a Recruitment team
  • Hands on experience executing senior level searches, relevant recruiting experience in manufacturing / engineering industry preferable
  • Familiar with advanced recruiting system such as Workday’s recruitment module or other global recruitment system
  • Expert knowledge and ability to recommend and utilize a broad range of recruitment tools and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work with people from various cultural background at different levels
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
