Reporting to the Head of HR, assist in monitoring all aspects of HR operations including talent acquisition, C&B, L&D, and staff engagement
Review and update policies and processes to ensure compliance with legislation and best practice
Design competitive C&B packages to attract and retain talent
Support the business on other staff matters including performance management, staff disputes, and disciplinary action
Supervise the team to ensure high work quality
Degree holder in HR Management or a related discipline
A seasoned HR generalist with 10+ years’ experience at mid to senior level
Well-versed in HK employment legislation, and a working knowledge of the same in Mainland China
Experienced in leading a team
First-class written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin an advantage
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, and the confidence to interact effectively with senior managers and at board level
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Attentive to detail, self-motivated and results-oriented
A team player who also works well independently
Must be able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strategic and willing to be hands-on
A strong service mindset
