Requirement :
  • Responsible for monitoring the full spectrum of HR functions covering compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and employee relations, etc.
  • Assist in devising and reviewing human resources policies and procedures, and monitoring their enforcement to ensure that they are in compliance with the current statutory requirements
  • Participate in market surveys on various human resources practice, compensation and benefits and prepare compensation proposals and recommendations with reference to market survey results for management’s consideration
  • Manage staff recruitment to acquire talents and ensure the workforce is equipped with required skill sets for achieving the Company’s business objectives
  • Oversee the preparation of annual operating budget and other staff cost projections
  • Monitor the implementation of various human resources and training programs, and handle employment and employee relations matters
  • Assist the Head (Human Resources) in preparing Board papers on human resources related issues
  • Communicate the Company’s human resources policies and procedures to employees
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned
  • Requirements
  • University education preferably majoring in human resources management, business studies or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience preferably gained from financial institutions with at least 5 years at managerial position
  • Sound knowledge of local employment laws and related statutory requirements
  • Hardworking, proactive, strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Good numeric sense and decision making
  • Good command of written and spoken English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
