Join our regional Human Resources team to design and deliver our learning and development strategy serving all our business groups across the Asia region. You will be responsible for end-to-end learning, from needs assessment through to design, development, delivery and evaluation of high value learning solutions.
You will partner with business stakeholders to design, facilitate and project manage programs, ensuring optimal learning and development opportunities across all office locations across the Asia region. As well as managing vendor relationships, you will be responsible for measuring and tracking outcomes of initiatives to ensure we are constantly improving our design and delivery.
You will lead improvement initiatives that amplify a culture of innovation, customer centricity and contribute to ambitious global innovation projects. You will also be required to collaborate with our regional and global L&D and Talent teams in the implementation of Macquarie-wide learning programs and projects
You will have proven L&D experience developing creative and engaging content, ideally with demonstrable knowledge of learning strategies, channels, techniques and methods. You will also have exceptional project management experience across a range of learning and development interventions. A passion for facilitation, excellent communication and presentation skills are also essential. You will have a proactive approach, a solution focused mindset and experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. You will have a high level of integrity, excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, flexibility in your approach to work, as well as the ability to adapt and thrive in our dynamic and diverse Asia region.
