Senior Manager, Learning and Development

  • Assist Head of Training to identify training needs of advisor for MCV.
  • Execute training strategies and initiatives for MCV project.
  • Develop and implement training and action plans to support the development and expansion of advisor for MCV.
  • Formulate and execute SLHK training guidelines, the annual training budget, and other KPIs.
  • Identify the needs and design specific training program to drive productivity to achieve the company’s business target.
  • Deliver training and develop CPD classes to advisor for MCV.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration/ Management/Finance or equivalent.
  • 8 years’ or above experience in the Training and Development function, with working experience in Banking and Insurance industry is preferred.
  • Front-line insurance experience will be an additional advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong and China insurance industry.
  • Familiarize with Mainland China’s culture
  • Possess professional qualifications such as FLMI, CFP is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (both speaking and writing) and English
