  • Develop, organize and implement agency recruitment project initiatives, activities and incentives
  • Promote the agency recruitment initiatives, activities and incentives to agency leaders through district visits and meetings
  • Design, develop and review recruitment packages for achieving project KPIs
  • Conduct interviews as selection and evaluation of candidates
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment tools and supports to facilitate recruitment results
  • Monitor project KPIs progress, prepare analysis reports and performance review of recruitment projects
  • Implement strategies and action plans for performance enhancement


  • Degree holder or above
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in insurance or banking industries in which 4 years in managerial level
  • Holder of FLMI is highly preferred
  • Strong market sense, excellent communication and project management skills
  • Mature, initiative with positive attitude to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
