Plan and develop strategies of partnership business segments
Formulate business development and referral program systems and procedures
Organize sales promotion events to support partners in achieving business target
Develop promotional materials, product and marketing collateral, sales tools, training materials for business partners
Communicate and promote company business strategies, initiatives and changes to the partners
Monitor project KPIs progress, prepare analysis reports and performance review
Implement strategies and action plans for performance enhancement
Degree holder or above
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in insurance or banking industries in which 4 years in managerial level
Holder of FLMI is highly preferred
Strong market sense, excellent communication and project management skills
Mature, initiative with positive attitude to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Candidates with less experience will be considered for Manager
