To develop tactical plan and projects to align with agency development strategy of the Company
To support and enhance the sales productivity of agency
To form agency focus groups to collect feedback from agency and manage expectations on agency development strategies and projects
To perform ad-hoc corporate projects
To supervise and provide on-the-training to subordinates
Degree holder or above
Over 10 years’ working experience in insurance industry, with direct experience in Agency Development / Agency Administration
Over 5 years’ working experience as an agent and agency manager of tied agency companies is preferable
Professional designations such as CFP, FLMI, CIAM are preferable
Candidate with less experience may be considered as Manager.
