  • To assist the business head in implementing the strategies in relation to corporate trust and agency services
  • To contribute to devise corporate trust and agency services for issuers, and to run it from scratch in the BOCHK environments
  • To help in the design of service components, the deliverables, as well as risk controls and product compliance standards in relation to capital market or debt market issuer services
  • To prepare operating manuals, sales kits, and promotion materials etc
  • To work with various internal depts and IT to ascertain their existing capabilities and resources in a bid to ride on them to ensure synergy; to suggest system solutions in case of need
  • To implement deal review processes, deal acceptance criteria, transaction management procedures, and ongoing governance policies etc
  • To suggest and to build controlling mechanism applicable at work and also deal-level monitoring
  • To render client servicing, maintain daily contact with clients and internal partners and to gauge their feedback
  • To follow through deals to ensure their smooth implementation



  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the said areas from an international environment
  • Possess technical knowledge of instruments and practices in capital markets, debts and syndicated loans markets, especially from the issuer’s perspectives
  • Good grasp of the applicable regulatory and legal requirements
  • Initiative and proactiveness in mobilizing support or soliciting resources to get goals completed
  • Being a self-starter in personality, can work independently with little supervision
  • Can deal with time pressure and workload effectively
  • Be persevere in dealing with road-blocks at work
  • Reliable and also diligent with details
  • Showing team play and good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese (both verbal and written)
