Senior Manager / Manager - Overseas Property

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct feasibility study for potential acquisition of overseas properties, particularly in London, New York
  • Responsible for the structuring of acquisitions and investments
  • Perform financial analysis, market research and asset valuation
  • Asset management of overseas properties

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or Property related discipline
  • 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in leading Property Developer, Property Advisor or Investment Fund
  • Sound knowledge of UK property markets
  • Aggressive to seek short-term and long-term opportunities to maximize sales results
  • Build team and ensure team members are clear about the goals, roles and work processes
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a MUST
  • Frequent travel is required

(Candidate with more experience may be considered for the post of Senior Manager)
