Senior Manager / Manager, Pensions Business (1-year contract)

Job Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze and document business requirements and communicating with users, IT or vendors for the system
  • Identify and assist in re-engineering, improvement or replacement of business processes and associated technology
  • Interpret business needs, assist in solution design and deliver expected result
  • Take ownership of project issues, monitor the progress, planning and engage the appropriate resources to reach solution
  • Mentor other business analysts in business process and best practices
  • Prepare test plan, test script, perform testing and ensure system deliverables are in good quality and within time and budget
  • Execute the data migration process
  • Coordinate the rollout of system with user and IT people

Job Requirements

  • Hold university degree in Computer Studies or Information System or other related disciplines
  • Possess minimum 10 years working experience as a Business Analyst, with concrete experiences in Data Migration Project
  • Strong in financial services / product knowledge, analytical and problem solving skills, with understanding of Group Retirement Services is an advantage
  • Familiar with IT system development life cycle methodology (SDLC), with workflow and imaging system knowledge is an advantage
  • In-depth experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Able to perform multi-tasking tasks, result oriented
  • Proficient in both spoken & written English and Chinese
