Senior Manager/ Manager/ Senior Executive, Business Development

Our client is a fast-growing automated retail solution company and is seeking an experienced & passionate Business Development talents (title/ levels depends on experience and background) to boost business & partnership and to cope with rapid expansion.


  • Serve as a key member of the Business Development team in helping to grow our smart vending machines business in Hong Kong
  • Able to explore business opportunities by identifying new locations with retail product demand
  • With track records of business partnerships or joint ventures with large corporations
  • Work closely with customer service team to provide account services for corporate client
  • Formulate strategies and provide solutions that will help business partners’ sales turnover
  • Handle clients’ requests and solve the technical problems with operation & technical team
  • Establish clear data tracking and reporting mechanisms for partners’ success
  • Provide detailed regular reporting to the Head of Business Development



  • The right person will be client-attentive and strategic, and possess a minimum of 3 years (Senior Executive) to 8 years (Senior Manager) of experience in business development or account servicing.
  • Experience in channel marketing and product management will be advantageous
  • Knowledge of consumer goods, including but not limited to: F&B, Skincare, Lifestyle goods, Toys or Premiums, would be preferred
  • Strong communications, inter-personal and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations is a key
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Ability to generate ideas and solve problems in a smarter or more effective way
