Shape up the Marketing function to a more proactive role in driving product and channel marketing efficiency
Lead up marketing team to manage marketing campaign, creative asset, vendor relationship, channel optimization, market research and branding (with Brand & Communication)
Conducting campaign management for marketing initiatives - Proactively identifies the products and services to focus on over the course of sales cycle, and then produces materials andcommunications that get the word out
Create & manage Marketing campaigns and promotion calendars
Driving for the optimal performance of marketing campaigns
Monitoring and managing social media(Facebook, WeChat & etc…) on a customer centric approach
Conducting customer and market research - Define target markets and opportunities and understand how your products and services are perceived
Manage Annual Budget for all relevant launches/ campaigns
Overseeing outside vendors and agencies - Responsible for selecting and managing the agencies and vendors who produce marketing materials and or/provide marketing support. These may includead agencies, print vendors, PR agencies or specialists, Web providers, etc.
Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, and other control functions to ensure compliance to Group and regulatory standards
University degree or equivalent
Over 15 years of experience in segment / product marketing and/or of retail banking and wealth management products
Requires broad knowledge of marketing and product management techniques and understanding of the bank’s retail products
Proactive, result -orientated, with solid management skills and the abilities to met deadlines
High energy individual with a positive attitude
