- Position Objectives:
Lead the sales team in driving the sales development of High Net Worth solution and Unit-Linked to achieve annual preset business targets in agency channel.
Sales and Channel Development (60%)
Map out and identify agency’s HNW business strategies and lead the implementation and deployment
Own the delivery of financial commitments and monitor to achieve the sales KPI of HNW agency business
Channel Engagement (20%)
Build out and constantly upgrade a stable and high performance agency force through engaging them to develop HNW business, enabling the premier agents with appropriate and practical training and coaching efforts
Strategic Partnership and Relationship Management (20%)
Manage relationships with external stakeholders (premium financing bank partners) and internal stakeholders (UW, Case Managers and Agency Development) to build dedicated infrastructure to provide one-line sales consultation and sales supports to agency
University / College graduate in any discipline
At least 10 years of experiences in Banking, Finance or Insurance industry, holding comparable senior positions
Solid sales management experience of insurance products, and universal life plans preferable with proven track records
Strong communications skills with fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Leadership quality to build and drive a high performance sales organization - ability to inspire, motivate team members to drive business success
Appropriate professional insurance qualifications and licenses
