Provide financial analysis and evaluate business performance for retail branches
Design and monitor scorecards / KPIs for current year objectives achievement monitoring
Participate in ad hoc assignment or other projects assigned by management
Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related discipline or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in Retail Banking, Product Management, and related area
Familiar with retail banking products and related business
Subject matter expertise in retail banking business, with a good understanding of the underlying revenue and expenses drivers
Ability to provide accurate and high quality management information in different dimensions by scrutinizing and analyzing large quantities of data
Numerically sensitive mindset, with strong computer and database management literacy
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is definite an advantage
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager, Project & Network
The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
