To be responsible for the overall tier benefit strategy and enrich the benefits for different tiers of the members to increase the loyalty to the club
To build and manage an effective network and relationship with existing and potential partners;
To improve and enhance the operation flow to improve redemption experience;
To lead the team to drive reward marketing programs to increase redemption rate and thus enhance the customer engagement;
To conduct regular reviews and planning to improve the redemption catalogue;
To lead and manage end to end experience from customer and partner perspective involving the product variety and redemption flow;
To monitor and understand industry competitive trends.
Degree holder, preferably in Marketing related disciplines;
Minimum 8 years’ experience in marketing, strategy formulation and partnership development roles at top tier companies;
Experience in project management and coordination across functional groups and external partners with competencies on new solutions and business development cycle;
Candidates with strong business network and customer loyalty related experience are preferred;
Possess commercial understanding, margins and costing competencies;
Team player, result-oriented, attentive to details and self-motivated;
Excellent MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills essential;
Excellent written and oral communication in both in English and Chinese;
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager.
