Senior Manager, Talent Management and Organization Development [Attractive Package]

Our client is well-known and expanding organization and now looking for high calibre to join their group.


  • Plan and execute the talent management and organization development strategy to achieve the organization’s strategic and operational goals.
  • Design and implement policies, processes and systems for organization development, succession planning, talent acquisition, selection and development
  • Identify talent needs for all levels according to the business strategy and strategic manpower plan
  • Establish assessment and development centre with different methodologies and tools to evaluate the talents
  • Conduct research, analysis and provide consulting services and proposals to top management and line departments for future organization development
  • Take charge of staff engagement activities including staff relation and staff well-being


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Humanities or similar disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’experience in Talent Management, People Development and Organization Development in established organization
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial role
  • Experience in public bodies or consulting firms will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
