A new L&D role with focus in talent management has been created to cater to the rapid growing needs of the business. You will be required to design and deliver development and talent management programs ,and implement the talent framework including succession planning, talent review and pipeline management.

Client Details

Our client is a listed real estate corporation with an established Learning & Development team in Hong Kong. Due to their rapid business expansion and long term needs, an opportunity has arisen for a seasoned L&D Talent Management specialist to join their human resources team.


Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work together with a team of L&D specialists to support the increasing needs of internal up skill and talent management training for the overall business. Your role will have a strong focus in talent management, where you will work closely with the senior management team to understand their business needs and define talent development plans and programs according to these requirements. You will support the implementation of the talent framework including succession planning, talent review and pipeline management whilst also being responsible for creating processes to track and report talent metrics, mapping and progression. You will maintain talent data and create reports for talent review and development implementation , as well as driving effective discussions with internal stakeholders whilst recommending solutions in building talent pipeline.


The successful applicant will be degree qualified with a minimum of 8-10 years experience in designing and delivering Talent development and Talent management programs from sizable corporations. You will have hands on experience in designing procedures, process and related policies on talent review. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are required in this role as you will need to work closely with internal stakeholders and management team, while a strong commercial and customer focus mindset will be beneficial to the role.English and Chinese language skills are a must.
