Job Descriptions
and Requirement:
  • Develop and implement organization development programs, for example, cultural change initiatives, Employee Satisfaction Survey etc. to help employees effectively contribute to business success
  • Formulate, direct, monitor and evaluate all training and development strategies and activities to facilitate career development, talent management and succession planning as well as enhancement of staff quality and productivity
  • Represent our key in-house organization development expert, providing consulting service to all divisions in enhancing quality and productivity
  • Plan, implement and monitor the effectiveness of the internal communication programs to keep employees informed of and engaged of the Company’s directions, progress, changes, issues and success
  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Development or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of solid training and development experience, of which at least 5 years at managerial level
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in leading edge organization development / training programs
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • People-oriented with high customer sensitivity and excellent consulting skills
