Senior Manager/Manager, Market Intelligence & Solutions

• Develop product marketing launch, sales tools development, repackaging initiatives, product sales video for GBA market, monthly product newsletters for all the distribution channels; ensure the alignment among distribution channels, marketing and product strategies
• Work closely with Product, Pricing, Marketing, Operations, Agency and Broker channels to ensure consistency in the delivery of product proposition and client segments.
• Plan and conduct product sales activities to facilitate our distribution channels (Agency & Brokers) for positioning SLHK insurance products & boosting up sales.
• Responsible for projects & organize events. Promote Life & Health and ILAS products, medical services to all distribution channels by working with different departments.
• Assist to prepare and review product materials from business perspective. Responsible for all the seminars and workshop, training’s logistic arrangement

• University degree related to areas such as marketing, business administration, economics, and finance.
• At least 8 years related experience in product marketing in the financial services sector
• Excellent communication & influencing skills
• Able to work independently, creative & a self-star
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, including digital tools knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application Chinese Word Processing
