Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager, you will primarily support the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive F&B profitability of over 30 restaurants for the group and individual property. A sound understanding of local market demographics and dining trends will enable this role to identify marketing needs of our restaurants, drive F&B media exposure, develop partnerships and create O2O campaigns for impactful awareness.

  • Elevate Regal dining brand equity, covers, average check and experiential touchpoints of our F&B outlets under our Group
  • Identifies and establishes distribution and advertising channels for our restaurants and bars, according to the target audience
  • Works collaboratively with F&B leaders, culinary teams and hotel Marcom team to plan Group’s F&B marketing calendar and execute the activities through tactics in a timely manner
  • e-Commerce – Manage our own e-Shop to promote hotel’s products and services, identify new opportunities to grow revenue and measure performance results to determine ROI
  • PR – Draft press release, assist in media pitching and arrange media entertainment with F&B menus
  • Collaterals – Project and coordinate with graphic designers and user departments on all productions and ensure all are done within the schedule
  • Copywriting – Create appealing tagline and body copy for all printed materials and digital channels, e.g. Menus, eDM, social media platforms, hotel website
  • Photography – Coordinate with professional photographers and users on photo-taking occasions including F&B promotions and special events
  • Partnership – Creates and seeks out opportunities for brand-relevant partnerships that drive brand positioning and business objectives
  • Others – Coordinate logistics, internal documents and compile the monthly report



  • Bachelor Degree or above in Hospitality / Marketing / Communications or related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years solid experience in Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing, preferably gained in hotel or restaurants group
  • Strong media connection with editors and influencers in especially travel, lifestyle and dining scenes
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good team player, attentive to details and strong project management skills
  • Excellent capability of adapting into new environment and responsive to change
  • Knowledgeable to the latest digital and dining trends
  • Good command of Microsoft Office software
