Senior Marketing Executive /Assistant Manager (Retention)

The Job

  • Implement marketing programs for customer retention to achieve revenues and contribution targets
  • Work closely with internal departments including IT, database management team and fulfillment logistics team on program targeting, offer system setup, customer fulfillment as well as and program result monitoring and review.
  • Work closely with sales channels in training / briefing and launching marketing programs
  • Prepare management reports for program analysis.
  • Analyze on competitive activities to plan for reactive / preemptive marketing activities
  • Monitor performance, evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for on-going improvement

The Person

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 6 years marketing management experience and preferable in telecommunication industry, with proven track record of achieving business deliverables
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented; able to work independently
  • Strong business sense with analytical abilities and detailed oriented
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • A good team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
