Senior Marketing Executive - China E-commerce

  • Assist in creating breakthrough ideas to make our marketing programs stand out in a digital world and allow our programs to flow downward through the sales funnel connecting to conversions
  • Find innovative ways of leveraging existing digital capabilities to create genuinely differentiated programs that inspire customers and choosing our brand
  • Collaborate internally with the e-commerce Operations team and externally with agencies (brand strategy, digital and social, as well as PR communications agencies) to build relevant plans and ideas that shape our communication with online shoppers while staying true to the voice and imagery of our brands
  • Work closely with the Operations Team in content marketing, within platform and beyond platform
  • Assist in the development of the long term strategy and roadmap for e-commerce marketing
  • Manage relationships with PR agency, ensuring awareness targets (qualitative and quantitative) are met
  • Pro-actively monitor marketing campaign performance (KPI's) and delivery goals, compile campaign analysis and report


  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years digital marketing experience with well-known brands     
  • Minimum 4 years marketing planning or execution experience with main e-Commerce platforms
  • Familiar with promotions on major e-commerce platforms in China and good at executing various marketing activities for brand awareness and store traffic building
  • Result oriented, sensitive to data and strong awareness of the sales output brought about by these activities
  • Strong communication skills, good at coordinating and mobilizing internal and external resources
  • Experience in digital marketing/ social media planning. Candidates previously exposed to brand marketing or platform marketing operations an advantage
  • Proven experience in e-Commerce together with a good understanding of China marketing
  • Self-motivated, results driven, strong learning agility and attention to details
  • Great story telling capability for brand content marketing (non-platform base)
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
