To help navigate through our innovation-led FANCL business, our Customer Relationship Management and e-Marketing Department creatively drives and implements digital strategies for interactions with our customers. In order to attract, retain and enhance the loyalty of FANCL customers, not only we would establish innovative loyalty Apps, but also highly emphasize the importance of being customer centric to understand the ultimate need of our customers through making good use of our big data. iFANCL App, managed by our team, is one of the leading retail loyalty App in the market since 2013 which is now further extended to a completely innovative business model of the company! 

Reporting to the Department Manager, the incumbent will fully engage in the comprehensive OTO database marketing strategies for the Asia Pacific region, including Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Singapore, etc.. He / She will support the development of innovative digital loyalty programs for business growth; conduct various big data analysis to unveil the hidden untapped business opportunities. 


  • Support CRM Manager to develop strategies and launch suitable CRM and databse marketing initiatives and campaigns for the Asia Pacific region, including Hong Kong, China and Singapore, to drive maximum ROI.
  • Oversee and coordinate iFANCL Online Store items launch and promotions strategies with the internal department, frontline sales team and third-party providers.
  • Conduct various big data analysis to unveil the hidden untapped business opportunities and plan for future CRM campaigns
  • Support all CRM & loyalty activities of the Company to achieve better result in member acquisition and retention, and hence the customer loyalty to the brand 


  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing / e-Commerce / Business Administration / Engineering / Computer Science or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in direct marketing, database marketing, customer and content traffic data analysis, online/ membership system development or ecommerce activities coordination, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG marketing field
  • Knowledgeable in CRM system design, e-Commerce and on-line system management will be an advantages
  • Strong numerical sense, marketing sense, critical thinking and analytical skills with business acumen
  • Independent, self-motivated and embrace fast-pace working culture
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) 

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Marketing Executive
