Responsibilities:
Initiate the development of innovative customer loyalty programs for business growth
Conduct various customer analyses to unveil the hidden untapped business opportunities
Enhance the critical analytics infrastructure to support customer centric strategy for online and mobile marketing campaigns, direct marketing and iFANCL Apps
Lead and coordinate CRM and direct marketing campaigns for several Asia Pacific regions, including Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Singapore
Coordinate and support iFANCL online store items launch and promotions strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, e-Commerce, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
At least 3 years’ relevant experience in direct marketing, online marketing, mobile App system development, customer and content traffic data analysis, online/ membership system development or e-marketing activities coordination, preferably in retail or FMCG marketing field
Knowledgeable in CRM system design, Apps development and online system management
Strong numerical sense and analytical skills
Creative with strong marketing sense and business acumen
Independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and embrace fast-pace working culture
Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
