As a member of our Local Telephone Service/IDD Marketing Team, you will be responsible for the planning and analysis of marketing initiatives to achieve company targets and objectives.
Your major job duties will include:
Assist in creating an annual marketing plan to drive revenue and sales target
Well understand the business so as to extract the relevant customer data to provide relevant business insights to support marketing decision and planning
Responsible for effective and efficient roll-out of different marketing programs for Local Telephone Service to achieve revenue and sales target
Work closely with different sales channels in the launching and tracking of marketing programs
Coordinate with internal departments including IT, product team, regulatory affairs, legal team, database management team as well as fulfillment logistics team on program targeting, system setup and customer fulfillment, etc.
Prepare timely management reports to review the effectiveness of different marketing programs launched
Work closely with frontlines in customers’ complaint handling and to fine-tune operation flow to ensure excellent customer experience
University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 4 years working experience in Marketing
Independent, self-motivated and result-oriented with strong sense of ownership for end-to-end planning and execution
Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills and able to work with people at all levels
Detail-minded with data analysis experience, well versed in MS Excel and Powerpoint
Good logistics management skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
