The role is mainly focusing on supporting the team of marketing and partnerships of The Club to achieve business targets and KPI.
To coordinate and support the implementation and logistic process of The Club’s rewards program including merchant account set-up, online reward content preparation, online reward uploading and merchant payment arrangement etc;
To support the set-up and on-going account management of coalition and rewards partners such as contract management, frontline training and partners’ enquiries;
To monitor the KPI performance of the rewards program;
To assist in preparing marketing materials and reports;
To provide administration, coordination and logistics support to the team;
To participate and contribute to ad-hoc projects.
Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related disciplines;
At least 3-4 years relevant marketing experience;
Experience in online rewards logistics is preferred;
Self-motivated, attentive to details and able to work independently;
Able to meet deadlines and multi-tasking;
Strong computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
Energetic, creative and good team player.
