Senior Marketing Manager (Digital)

Marketing continues to be an exciting area of opportunity and remains a key strategic focus for MetLife Hong Kong.  This role would suit someone who is results-driven and enjoys working in a high-energy, fun, fast-paced team, focused on building the future of MetLife through innovative marketing, branding and communications.  As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in helping to drive the business forward.  This role will include both marketing strategy and campaign development with an acute focus on campaign execution across digital and traditional channels.


This is a hands-on role, and the candidate will have a high level of expertise in managing fast-based, cross-functional marketing-driven projects collaborating across sales, product, external marketing vendors, and internal technology teams.


Required knowledge and experience:


  • Strong marketing experience and campaign execution experience – strategy development (segmentation, targeting, positioning), planning and drive execution (optimize resources and develop innovative solutions)
  • Integrated campaign strategy and development across the following key areas:
    • Digital Advertising:  Lead development, production, and execution of digital marketing campaigns (Targeted Display & Mobile/Search engine marketing, etc) from ideation, briefing creative agency, to launch and performance measurement.
    • Website Marketing:   Lead development of the company’s website and e-commerce site to drive online marketing activities. Responsible for on-going update of content and SEO optimization through Adobe (AEM).  Organize and manage strategic developments to enhance customer experience and achieve effective business performance for the online channel.
    • Brand Campaigns:   Manage multi-channel integrated media campaigns: OOH, print, digital, social, event activation. This includes managing all key vendor partnerships such as digital/advertising agencies, media agencies, production house and analytics providers to maximize value and effectiveness.
    • Reporting:  Manage digital marketing monthly performance reporting.
  • Exceptional project management skills - Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, often changing environment and progress multiple priorities in parallel to meet deadlines
  • Highly detail oriented individual with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and able to prioritize, problem solve, and multi-task
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills is a must.
  • Bachelors Required



  • Bachelor’s Degree with 6-10 years of solid experience in marketing, preferably in insurance or financial services industry
