  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Oversee the social media strategy for the brand in Greater China market.
  • Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Manage the redesign of the company website for Greater China.
  • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
  • Responsible for planning and budget control of all digital marketing.
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the GCR markets with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand
  • Working and monitor closely on CRM agency to ensure customer database is correctly segmented for targeting marketing activities
  • Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business
  • Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process on execution, and reporting the findings to Head of Marketing and relevant parties


  • Degree holder in related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience or above
  • Able to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects
  • Work with passion on fashion marketing and being a good team player
  • Strong communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, excel and Chinese Word Processing
